Delivery Time
- Most orders arrive in about 8 days from the day you place your order (typically 7–10 days).
- Shipping is free on every order and includes a tracking number.
- Our [Free! 2-Day Delivery] Collagen Overnight Wrapping Peel-Off Mask arrives within 2 days for U.S. orders and may ship separately from the rest of your order.
- Delivery may take longer for countries outside the U.S. (including U.S. states outside the mainland).
- Delays can happen during holidays, peak sales periods or because of carrier issues. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us and we will look into it right away.
Order Processing
- Payment is processed when you place your order.
- Orders are processed and sent to our fulfillment partner within 48 hours.
- The delivery time above includes processing and shipping.
- Occasionally a high-demand item may take longer to ship because of restocking. If that happens, we will email you.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
- An order confirmation email is sent when you place your order.
- A second email (the shipping confirmation) is sent once your order has been dispatched, with your tracking number. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- Tracking can take a day or two to start updating after dispatch. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track My Order page.
Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing the order.
- After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel or change your order.
